Quality and Project Management
We apply a comprehensive Quality Management System for all our language projects. The project workflow is performed according to the ISO 17100 International Quality Standard for Translation Services. This means, inter alia, the four eyes principle: the translated texts are revised by a language editor or another translator. If necessary, an expert in the subject field is consulted or asked to review the text.
In addition, translated and revised texts are regularly checked by our Quality Manager. In this way, we can continuously control the quality of translators’ and revisers’ work. Furthermore, our resources are selected following the qualification requirements defined in the ISO 17100 standard.
By using translation memory software, the quality assurance process is supplemented by automated quality checks.
If required by the client or the nature of the project, file conversion or DTP services are provided as well.
